PANACEA, located in the upscale Battery Hill Condominium complex in Cruz Bay, is one of St John`s more desirable addresses for in-town tropical vacation living. Overlooking Cruz Bay Harbor and Pillsbury Sound, Battery Hill is just a short walk to the beach at Frank`s Bay or to downtown Cruz Bay where you will find an eclectic selection of duty free shopping and restaurant options ranging from authentic island style West Indian Cuisine, burgers at pubs, and a variety of fine dining choices.

You will enter Panacea through the front entry gate on the first level where panoramic views of Cruz Bay and the Harbor await you. Double doors lead from the great room to your own private, covered balcony with table and chairs for alfresco dining or enjoying `sundowner` cocktails while relaxing in the cooling tradewind breezes and watching the boats moving in and out of the harbor.

The inviting great room is tastefully appointed with comfortable couch and chairs and artwork in a tropical motif. There is cable TV, DVD player and stereo system for your viewing and listening pleasures. Wireless internet service is available throughout the unit. The inside dining table for four is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. Ceiling fans and screened windows keep the tradewinds flowing through the great room. Directly adjacent to the living room area is a light and airy solarium with comfortable chairs for relaxing and reading.

Panacea has two bedrooms -- both tastefully decorated with Caribbean flair -- which share a full bath with tiled walk-in shower. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other has twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned. The layout is perfect for friends traveling together, two couples or a small family.

The fully appointed kitchen is ideal for making snacks to take to the beach, blending up an island drink, or cooking a full meal for four. A gas BBQ grill is located on the lower common area deck. The private pool for Battery Hill Condominiums is located a short distance from your front door and features numerous lounge chairs available for sunbathing. Additional lounge chairs are located in a covered and shaded area by the pool and are ideal for reading or lounging. Several tables and chairs complement the outer pool deck area. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels are available to take along on your visits to our many world class beaches.

Battery Hill is a beautifully landscaped enclave located within the village of Cruz Bay with an ambiance well suited to those looking for privacy, luxurious amenities and convenience of location.
