Sea Dream Villa is a deluxe 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home with private pool and magnificent Ocean Views! Located on a hillside overlooking Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole Bay in the upscale community of Chocolate Hole, Sea Dream Villa is the perfect tropical destination for fine vacation living on St. John. Beautifully landscaped gardens teaming with blazing colors of bougainvillaea, oleander and frangipani surround the villa together with elegant native stone walls which border the private driveway and pool deck greet the arriving visitor to Sea Dream Villa. This beautiful villa is conveniently located just a short 10 minute drive from the village of Cruz Bay and another 10-15 minutes to the world class beaches in the Virgin Islands National Park.

Sea Dream Villa offers privacy and convenience in a deluxe setting. Arriving at the villa, guests will proceed up a private driveway to the parking area at the top which is large enough for two vehicles. From the parking area, access to the villa is via a short stairway leading up to the main level and through a set of massive, custom made mahogany doors which open to a spacious and airy great room featuring open beam and cypress decked ceilings. The great room features comfortable tropical styled living room furnishings, a dining area consisting of a glass topped table with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen features elegantly tiled countertops, modern appliances and all necessary amenities for preparing light snacks to full meals The living room area has a large flat screen TV with cable programming, a DVD Player and audio sound system as well as wireless internet service throughout the villa. Laundry facilities are located adjacent to the kitchen and dining area in the short hallway leading to the twin bedroom. The great room also features two sets of over-sized sliding glass doors which lead to the elegantly tiled veranda deck. Here you can enjoy alfresco dining with seating for six overlooking the pool and lower deck while taking in the awe inspiring views of the magnificent Caribbean Sea.

There are two bedrooms located on either side of the great room both of which are air conditioned with individual controls. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed and en suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower which is highlighted by a unique polished beach stone inlaid floor. The over-sized glass sliding doors lead from the master bedroom to the veranda and provide a panoramic view of the gardens overlooking the endless ocean views. The second bedroom offers twin beds which can be converted to a king bed and also has over-sized glass sliding doors to the veranda. The full bathroom is located adjacent to this bedroom and features a tiled walk-in shower which is also highlighted by a polished beach stone inlaid floor. The third bedroom is located on the pool deck and is accessed via a wooden staircase from the verandah or via a beautifully landscaped pathway from the parking area. This bedroom is also air conditioned and features a queen sized bed with en suite bath and sliding glass doors to the pool deck.

The pool deck features a separate area for sunbathing as well as a shaded seating area for lounging with a good book.The gas BBQ grill is also located on the pool deck. Great View-Beautiful Landscaping-Fantastic Villa

The landscaping was beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed the flowering plants and the banana, mango, and papaya trees. Loved watching all of the birds and even the iguanas living in the banana tree. The parking was easy and comfortable. The villa was clean and furnishings seemed new and well maintained. The home was comfortable, the view from the patio was fantastic overlooking two bays and St. Thomas to the North. The bathrooms were clean - loved the open tiled showers. We liked the location close to Cruz Bay restaurants and the north shore beaches. We have rented other villas in the past and this one was one of the best. The staff at Cimmaron was such an added asset. We had some problems with our rental car and Meagan was extremely helpful in contacting the rental agency and solving our dilemma. We will certainly use Cimmaron again on our next vacation to St. John and will recommend this villa to our friends.
