Come to one of Flathead lake's finest properties. This unique 212 acre ranch has over 300 feet of private lake frontage with views of Wildhorse island and the Mission mountain range to the east across the lake. The lake shore includes a 48 foot dock and swimming area, a shaded picnic area, and a fire pit for evening campfires and marshmallow roasts. Water craft rentals are available nearby or you can bring your own and head out to Wildhorse island for views of Bighorn mountain sheep, Mule deer, and maybe even a Mountain lion or Wild horses. Hiking is available on over 200 acres of rugged and beautiful private land with abundant opportunities to view wildlife, find fossils, and take in some of the most amazing views in the entire world. A map will be provided to help you find your way.

This property has been in this family for 3 generations since 1934. The house is 2200 square feet with a partially finished basement and sits on a large acreage with a long driveway to give you plenty of peace and quiet. There is approximately three acres of gently sloping open forest with wild flowers and other native plants between the house and the lake shore.

This is a wonderful place to totally relax or take in all our area has to offer. 'Shop 'til you drop' in Kalispell or Polson, visit Glacier National park and the National Bison range, or just sit on the porch. Either way, you'll enjoy a great time. Bring your food and your cameras!

Owner Description: Jane and her late husband Jerry built the current house on this property in 1979. Jerry passed away in 2006 and Jane has decided to allow others to enjoy this fantastic property that was originally purchased in 1934 by her father-in-law.

Why the Owner Chose Rollins: This place has served many people over the years. Years ago, native Americans crossed over the ice to Wildhorse island from this area. Pioneers took this route when travelling by steamboat over Flathead lake was not possible. Through the years this place has operated as a horse ranch, farm, and orchards. What started out as a way of life is now available for your vacation. Peace and quiet with family and friends during barbecue season! You can fill your days with activities or fill them with reading the books you haven't 'gotten' to read yet.

  • Arrival after 4pm. Checkout 10am. 3 night minimum.
    Rental Rate $2000/7 nights or $290/night and 7% room tax
    $500 deposit required to reserve dates
    $500 deposit is refundable at departure if no damage is sustained
    50% of Rental Rate due 3 weeks prior to arrival
    2nd payment of 50% is due 1 week prior to arrival
