Our apartments are two bedrooms and feature a private covered decks with a views of the city and Mount Rainer in the distance - Uniquely designed and fully stocked with everything you'll need to have a Seattle experience, plus extras like original artwork, foreign DVD collection and a book collection to give your brain a vacation...there is nothing common about 'Urbane Apartments Seattle'.
Our 'Modern Twist' is a sunny, light, clean environment, featuring bamboo floors with sleek furniture and accents with a twist of an artist’s retreat. This apartment is a two bedroom, one with a one and a half bath with the extra in an en-suite of the master bedroom. The living room is light, bright and modern with a pale palette of soft whites and grays, with classic elements of modernism.

We try to answer all inquires but please inquire only if your seriously interested in booking- our calendars are kept up to date!
We have a one week minimum, as in 7 nights. We are not flexible on this. Please do not expect an answer if you inquire for fewer nights!
I require a housekeeping fee (for the actual housekeeper!) to keep the apartments in tip top shape- please note this is housekeeping not maid service (ie you still need to leave the unit tidy!)
Additional Information: Please e-mail us with any questions and ask for more photos! We are selective about our clients - In one of Seattle’s best areas close to downtown, we are small, quiet buliding on a residential street- the way the apartments are designed they really are not for more than 4 people- also no pets (please don't ask!)- This is a place to relax , it is not a good spot for loud gatherings, rambunctious kids or the type of socializing which would disturb others in the building.
Hello - I have much experience in renting VRBO's abroad and I've taken those experiences and developed strong ideas as to what makes a good rental experience- Clean and quiet are of course extremely important but staying in a place which is full of style and thought makes a place become a vacation memory...I am a designer/photo stylist and I've put a lot of effort into bedding, art, furniture the environment in general- I've recently re-done the entire building so everything is newly done and fresh...I've tried to create an in city retreat with a view of the city and the ferries going across the sound- I'll always be adding and re-doing to them to assure the best possible experience.
