This chic cottage located on a small hill-top provides picture perfect views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. Your visit begins as you enter a large ocean view deck that runs along the entire front of the house. French doors extend your views to the living room area with vaulted ceilings. The house also has French doors to the extensive garden at the rear of the house that borders on open space and more privacy. You can walk to the small village for casual shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful treasure hidden in Summerland

The house was exactly as described and more. Francesca is a wonderful hostess - she had champagne chilling with strawberries plus all necessaties already bought - to top it all even fresh baked brownies awaiting our arrival! Enjoyed our stay immensely and we will be back to visit soon.

New year in Summerland

I had such a great time with a group of 4 of us. We went to great antique stores, walked on the beach, and had fun shopping around Summerland. We bundled up and toasted champagne to the stars on the beautiful ocean view terrace. Wonderful decor. Everything like new. Felt very fresh and eclectic.
