Always wanted to live on a lake in WI? Well, rent one in Adams County on beautiful Lake Arrowhead! Sandy beach lakefront home designed with an open spacious floor plan with sky lights for natural lighting and is handicapped friendly, so close to championship golf courses keeps you busy during the day golfing, fishing, boating (no boat motor size limit), jet skiing, swimming, playing horseshoes in your own pit, other yard games or just enjoying the quiet wooded atmosphere. The house sits on a large quiet bay of 300 acre Lake Arrowhead, and has a boat dock and private sand beach and is just one block from a beautiful public playground and also a great restaurant if you don't feel like cooking (or driving!). Evenings bring relaxation on a spacious deck watching the lake, or sitting around the fire pit having a campfire while listening to the water lapping at your beach. Perfect location for retirement living or a getaway vacation, golf trips, fishing trips, family gatherings, Christmas tree cutting. This fully furnished 1500+ square foot home on one level makes entertaining easy for any season. Master Bedroom is large enough to set up playpen or additional bed and has its own cable tv. It also has an attached private bathroom with a step-in shower with a built-in seat. Summer is great, but Fall is also beautiful with changing leaves, nearby hiking trails, horseback riding and local festivals such as Warrens Cranberry Festival. Winter provides downhill as well as cross country skiing, ice fishing, and a snowmobile trail that you can access from right in front of the house.

Because we want you to totally relax and not have to pack so many items, we provide many things most rentals don't, such as firewood, paper products (toilet paper, facial tissue, napkins, paper towels), starter coffee, sugar, art. sweetener, creamer, spices (salt, pepper, various seasonings), soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher soaps, some food items (condiments,salad dressing) and propane for the gas grill. About The Owner

We have owned a vacation home at Lake Arrowhead since 1987 and our children have grown up spending summers (and many fall and winter weekends) at the lake along with their friends. We had the opportunity to purchase this additional home which helps house our growing family and friends who still love to come up to the lake. These homes are not the typical cottage but are outfitted more like our own permanent home that we actually live in with all the amenities, quality, cleanliness and comfort that we enjoy.

Why The Owner chose Nekoosa

We love Lake Arrowhead for its clean water, large enough size for water sports and touring and quiet atmosphere. The heavily wooded area gets us away from it all, and yet reasonably priced restaurants are close by as well.

What makes this house unique

A perfect day for us is an early round of golf on any number of nearby championship courses (two just 5 and 10 minutes away), then an afternoon spent on the lake swimming and boating. After dinner we enjoy going out in the boat to watch the sunset followed by starting a campfire in our yard firepit, and listening to the water lap, the crickets chirp and sometimes a falling star in the clear sky above. No wonder why our children who are now grown and friends still clamor to come and spend time at the lake.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Nekoosa, Wisconsin

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $200/nt, $1200/wk off season
  • U.S. Dollars
  • Summer (July and August, through Labor Day) weekly rentals only; $1680 7 nights
  • or $1400 6 nights. June rates $280 per night or weekly rental rates above.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed Friday through Monday and even though the weather didn't cooperate to do any kayaking, we still enjoyed ourselves very much. The home was exactly as described and was very comfortable for the five of us, very clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. We hope to come back next summer. The owners are very friendly and helpful,providing us with lots of information about the area's activities and amenities. I would highly recommend this home for anyone.

This was a perfect property for our dual family vacation - exactly as shown online. Spacious enough for all of us to relax, cook and dine inside. The back yard was wonderful for the kids to play and the adults to join in on some baseball and football games with the kids. It was the perfect choice for a relaxing break from the norm.

lake home was exactly as presented online and leasing, arrival, etc all handled smoothly and efficiently in short time frame--very nicely appointed home, quiet and beautiful with multiple areas to enjoy views

WE LOVED IT!!!

We had 10 family members ages 8 thru 74 and did not feel crowded in the least. Our favorite area was the beach area since it was private, and we could dock our boat for easy access. We loved having use of the canoe, and the multiple sand toys kept Grandchildren very busy. The house is the best stocked condo we have ever rented, especially the kitchen. The owners were extremely helpful and prompt with any questions, directions, etc. We would highly recommend it!!!

WHAT A GREAT VACATION SITE

We found this condo to be exactly as advertised, if not better. The house was spacious enough for the 10 of us- 5 adults and 5 children. We did our own cooking so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The lake and private beach is definitely the best part of the vacation. It's large enough for water sports, we were able to dock our own boat, and it was so easily accessible from the house. Loved it!!!!
