About Chalyn Newman
This property has been in our family for multiple generations. Laguna Beach is a very special Mecca of art and beach culture that inspires us every time we visit. We love to share the inspiration of this wondrous coastal community with friends and family.
What makes this apartment unique
Our family has owned this property since the 1960s. We like the simple old-style Laguna living and hope you will too! Art is an integral part of our family so that is evident throughout our apartment.
We love spending the mornings and afternoons at Zinc's Cafe and always catch Saturday's Farmers Market. Summers in Laguna offer a multitude of things to do including the Laguna Festival of the Arts, the Sawdust Festival, the Pagent of the Masters, music, a free trolley service and of course the many local beach coves.
