Cabin features 3+ bedrooms, 2.5 bath, sleeps 6-8, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and serving, stack stone wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, private hot tub on the covered deck outside, and access to the community pool and workout facility. We have a 20 foot pontoon docked less than 5 minutes away on Lake Chatuge available for rental with our cabin. Also nearby are area waterfalls, Appalachian Trail, GA Mtn Fairgrounds, Alpine Helen, whitewater rafting, etc. New this year for the serious trout fisherman...exclusive access to over 2 miles of private river frontage on one of the top 50 Trout rivers in America, the Nanahala River less than an hour away in addition to great fishing right out your front door on over 1/4 mile of private frontage.

Hiawassee Cabin Rental - Spring Break 2012!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed it. The price was great, and the scenery was magnificant! It was close to several places we could go enjoy the sites and have things to do for the day. My son had a great time gem mining, and we enjoyed the day in Helen, a wonderful place to hang out and relax. Would definitely reccommend this place to anyone. Will be looking forward to going there again in the future!

Young Harris visit

We went to visit Young Harris College and the Hiawassee Area. Our Daughter is considering YHC for school. We enjoyed the visit and the cabin was wonderful. There was six in our family and the place was perfect. My husband and son tried the trout fishing but didn't have much luck. The owner said Spring was a better fishing time. We will be back if our Daughter chooses YHC or will be back for a Mountain vacation in the summer. It Snowed our last night there and it was beautiful. We had a great dinner at Enricos in Young Harris at the recommendation of our campus guide. Our Son had a blast at Fun World after Dinner. The whole area is great.

This cabin is perfect for our family. Great amenities, very clean, near Hiawassee and not far from other lovely Georgia mountain towns. Really enjoyed the cabin and being in the mountain air!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
