Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Come to the Shores of Panama for fun-filled beach vacation.

Our condo has breathtaking views. This is the perfect location for any family to enjoy.

This unit was purchased by us in 2011 and was upgraded with beautiful tile throughout, crown molding, stainless appliances, new furniture, a washer and dryer, and more.

In the winter of 2012, we upgraded the two main bathrooms with granite and subway tiles. This winter we upgraded the kitchen and purchased a dedicated parking space. There is no other condo like it at Shores.

The outdoor pool faces the gulf and is spectacular.

The master has a king size bed, 37' Flat Screen TV and Blue-ray DVD Player with internet apps (should you have a Netflix, Pandora, or similar account). The master bedroom also has a large bathroom with bathtub to enjoy.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. It also has a 32' flat screen TV.

The bunkroom has a set of bunk beds and a full size bathroom with shower. ONE OF THE FEW UNITS WITH A DOOR ON THE BUNKROOM FOR PRIVACY.

The living room/den overlooks the pool and beach and if you would like to watch TV, then we have a 46' Flat Screen TV with a Blue-ray DVD Player with surround sound and internet apps. We also have a radio and an audio-in connection for an iPod or iPad. If you don’t like the beach or it’s raining, you can be totally entertained in the condo.

Our unit is on the 19th floor near 2 high-speed elevators. The views are breathtaking, quiet, and peaceful.

*We rent to couples and families ONLY.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Age verification at check-in will be required.

Six is the absolute maximum the condo sleeps.

Amenity fee is included in pricing.

5 night minimum in June, July, and August.

Cleaning fee $100.00

Tax 12.85%

Reservation/Security Deposit is $250.00 (refundable).

A Master Card, Visa, or Debit Care is required to rent condo.

Sorry, No Pets.

No Smoking in unit or on the balcony.

About The Owner

We live in CA but have roots in Alabama, Florida, and Sweden. It's a fun mix. We hope you and your family enjoy our condo as much as we have in the short amount of time we've owned it.

We put our own touches in the condo and hope you will treat it with care and love…and we hope you come back.

Why The Owner chose Shores of Panama

I grew up in Alabama and still have family there. I spent many summer vacations in Panama City Beach and remembered the awesome beaches. My sister and husband bought a place in Shores of Panama and raved about the experience. So, Lars and I decided to take the plunge and do the same. Because we’ve been to the Caribbean, Hawaii, and several places in Florida, we decided to give the unit a rich “island” feel. I hope you feel the breeze and relaxation as you enjoy your time in our home away from home.

Beautiful and clean unit - wonderful property

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend in this unit and could not have been happier. The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing and well equipt. This was one of the cleanest and most well decorated units we have stayed in. Debbie was amazing to work with - we will be back!

Great vacation rental!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well kept; it had all of the amenities that we could have wanted. The view from this condo is fantastic; the pictures do not do it justice. Debbie and Lars were both very helpful and easy to get in touch with (although everything was wonderful and we only had to call them once for a door code). If we decide to take another vacation to Panama City Beach, we will definitely consider this rental again!

Our family enjoyed each and every day of our stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. The views were breathtaking! Enjoying Panama City

Debbie Jo was excellent to work with and the condo was very nice and clean. Circumstances for my visit changed several times during the course of a week and Debbie Jo was always so understanding and caring. Once we arrived at the Shores of Panama we found the condo very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area was very comfortalbe for me and my family, this including 4 grand children from the ages of 6 years and younger. I will definately recommend Debbie Jo and her family to my friends who are interested in visiting Panama City Beach and will check with her next year when we get ready to plan our Fall family vacation.
