I am an avid traveler and have visited more than 30 international cities and countries in the States, Europe, North, Central and South America, and Asia. This enjoyment has served as an inspiration for me to design and provide a small yet cozy apartment with every amenity and convenience to other frequent travelers like myself.

The apartment you will be staying in is brand new construction in a seismically retrofitted building owned in our family for over 30 years.
We designed this apartment to take into account modern lifestyles of active people who want convenience yet need to stay connected. Simple luxury took center stage and we hope you will enjoy the apartment's contemporary furnishings with a focus on convenience, practicality and ease of use.
Twin Peaks is located in the the very center of San Francisco, leaving you only minutes away from everything the city has to offer.
There is a ton of pride of ownership in this building and we want this to be reflected in the management, and if there is anything you find that we can do better, please let us know and we will do our best to improve and make it happen for you.
My husband, daughter and I stayed here for our vacation. Great location... Across the street from the bus stop! Apartment is well equipped and very comfortable! Would stay here again.
The good : convenient location. secure parking: good rate. the bathroom is nice. The bad: couldnt use hammock because there was a huge spider web with a nesting spider in the center. The web blocked the path to hammock. Shouldn't the cleaning staff notice this , since it takes a while to make a web of that size. Zen garden? Uhmm, ok. The owner is a VERY detailed person, as reflected by all the stipulations in the contract. As detailed as he is, I was left to wonder why he didnt ensure that our studio was ready when we arrived. We walked in to the place and noticed that the old dirty linens were in the hamper, bed wasnt made, etc. We called him to alert. Was told that the maid would be there is 15 min. Ok, well, 50 min later past agreed arrival time arrival time, we were able to go into our place that we paid to use. Ok place for a tight budget, if you dont plan on hanging out in the unit for long lengths of time. Its tiny.
My husband and I stayed on the twin peaks studio rental recently for a week loved it the view the comfortable bed the beautiful bathrm it was perfect for the two of us and the views were spectacular quiet area but so close to everything the owner was wonderful and quick to give us our deposit back washer and dryer was so convenient we had the best time ever and would highly recommend
This is a small, tastefully appointed studio. It met our needs for a comfortable, quiet place to sleep. The garage was a huge plus as on street parking can be difficult to find. The location is ideal, near all that San Francisco has to offer. The kitchen area is adequate for breakfasts and light cooking. Our only complaint was for beverage service, we found one drinking glass and one small goblet. When our two family members came for game night, we had to drink our cocktails from coffee cups! I think the patio should be removed from the features for this apartment. It was a treacherous climb up the cobbled together "stairs". Once we managed to get up there, we quickly realized it belonged to the 2nd floor unit. We could see them in bed through their sliding glass doors, before hastily retreating! The owner was pleasant to deal with. He quickly responded to our WiFi issue. Our security deposit was returned timely. We will keep this place in mind for future visits to San Francisco.
Very nice apartment for one to two people. Clean bathroom and living area, very comfortable bed, big TV. The garage is quite small -- if you have a larger car you might have to park across the street. The internet was absurdly slow though. After a comcast reboot, it still wasn't fixed and we had to deal with it the entire vacation. Websites took 30 seconds to load, and you could forget about watching any kind of video. Hopefully this is fixed for future people who stay here, but this was the only real complaint I had about this property.
