On a quiet cul de sac in lovely Orange Tree, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath Disney area home is the perfect retreat. The pool and backyard overlook a pristine conservation area newly planted with pine trees. The open floor plan includes living room, formal dining area, family room, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and garage. The family room/breakfast nook has a large flat screen TV and 2 sets of French doors leading to the screened lanai and beautiful pool and spa. The king master suite features flat screen TV, a large walk in shower, soaking tub and twin vanities.

About Tom Butler

We both work in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Tom teaches and is coordinator of video services and manages two

TV channels. I am the Director of the Fine Arts Center on campus. We love to travel, enjoy the luxuries of a fine hotel or vacation home. We hike, bike, walk, and enjoy discovering new locations and activities.

I traveled to Florida with my parents every year from the age of nine. My parents retired in Central Florida and my twin sons and I spent many wonderful vacations with them. After my husband and I married, we began to visit my elderly father at his winter home every year. We love the warm weather of the south and visit our Florida home as often as our work allows.

Why Tom Butler chose Orange Tree

We purchased the home in the Orange Tree Community of Clermont because it is perfect for us and our prospective guests. It is private and you can sunbathe without ever seeing a neighbor, with the exception of the neighborhood sand cranes. The home is also convenient to Disney, Universal, MGM, and other amazing attractions and restaurants. In addition, it is only 90 miles from Cocoa Beach! We chose it because it is a luxurious retreat after a busy day of Florida fun. We believe any guest will feel the same contentment and comfort.

What makes this house unique

We spend many days and never leave the house and neighborhood. The draw of the pool and spa is like a magnet. We love to pick fresh oranges (which is allowed) from trees in several small groves in the neighborhood. There are countless things to do when we do leave: hike in many state park areas, fish in countless lakes, play golf at a host of championship level courses, visit the most famous of theme parks, and sometimes do nothing at all! Shopping varies from the small fruit stand next door to the development to huge malls.

Short but nice

Our vacation was great and we really enjoyed staying in your home those two nights after the cruise. Everything went smoothly. The management company left the key and information packet in their lock box as planned. We made it to the house about 6:30pm on Saturday.. It was so nice to have a beautiful home to stay in and your location in Orange tree could not be better. Very peaceful and relaxing there, especially with that private pool area. We did not find anything wrong at all in the house. Everyone really enjoyed the spa! Thanks again for working with me on the price by including the spa heat.

We would definitely like to stay there again on our next trip to Florida. Hopefully for a longer time next trip. As far as your question about any improvements, I can only come up with one idea. Have you ever considered adding any games in the garage area? It might make it a bit more attractive to families with kids. The last home we rented had a pool table and an air hockey table in the garage which the kids really enjoyed using. That's really all I can think of though.

Thank you so much for opening your house to us! Your house is amazing, we had a wonderful time! We felt like home the time we were here. This was my daughters last year playing softball in FL, but if we make it down this way again, we will definently rent your home again. The week was fantasic. I have stayed in several homes in FL over the last four years, and your home is far the nicest and warm homey feeling place we stayed. We hate to leave, could stay another week or two.

Thank you AGAIN, can not give any advise on how to make it better, because it is perfect!

A comfortable, private, and peaceful retreat after the busy highways and bustle of Disneyworld. We two "seniors" wished we could have had our family with us helping to fill the generous amount of space--especially our 11 year old grandson who would have known how to work all the gadgets.
