This home has all it all, you just show up and enjoy. Weekly cleaning service included in your stay. The linens are change weekly and you have use a full service kitchen to cook or dine in. Stackable washer/dryer will allow you to bring less and freshen up all your clothes. Home Built in 1910, this home has a wonderful enclosed porch to enjoy your morning coffee or read the newspaper ( newspaper sold on the corner of 16th & Washington) . Walk to Starbucks or enjoy breakfast in any of our great restaurants located downtown Golden. Walking distance to the grocery store (Safeway) on a block away or so. Internet/Cable provided. Lovely flowers and lawn to enjoy. Street Parking and Easy access to a busline to Downtown Denver or Downtown Boulder.

Have owned the home for several years and rented to School of Mine Students during the school year and as a vacation rental in the summer. Decided to go full time vacation rental due to the shortage of homes in Golden and it's high demand for more housing for visitors.

A wonderful month in our Blue House in historic Golden

My family stayed in Golden for a month in our wonderful blue house. It has a front, inclosed porch where you can cocktail and watch the sun set. You are minutes away from walking to many restaurants, art center, Colorado University of Mines, shopping, Coors Brewery, etc. You can see the Table Mesa from the house which we all climbed. There is a fenced in yard with a porch and grill. This house has everything you need to enjoy Golden and feel at home. We're coming back.

Beautiful home in a great location

This place was perfect for us. We came in for a wedding and stayed with two other couples. It's just a block from downtown and all the festivities that we were attending. The house is spacious, 3 queen bedrooms, great front porch area, and a nice Victorian feel. The house/kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Only downside is that the walls are a little thin/creaky, but you really can't beat the location and amenities.

Nous avons aime habiter a Golden dans cette spacieuse maison, bien equipee ,bien decoree.dans un secteur tranquille mais pourtant pres de toutes les commodites. nous etions 4 personnes et sommes tous satisfaits. Thank you very much,It was a wonderful place,fully equiped very sophisticated. We really enjoy our stay.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this delightful property and appreciate that it was exactly as described in the description. Quaint, warm and charming only begins to describe what we discovered in this lovely 1903 historic home. It fulfulled all of our needs and we enjoyed lovely evenings on the front porch. Graduation House

Loved staying at the house. Very roomy for all 14 people who were there (only 6 spent the night). Was able to move throughout the house and not bump anybody. Cannot think of anything bad to give this house. Backyard was beautiful, but seemed to spend more time in the front. The garden was beautiful. The house is in the perfect position of the heart of Golden. Within walking distance from the art center, graduation at the School of Mines, and all the shops down Washington.
