The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King-size mattress, a walk-in dressing closet and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and multiple shower heads.
The second bedroom is offered with two extra-long twin beds or one King size bed per the tenant’s requirements. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower.
The first floor bath has a large shower for after-beach rinsing. Two settees in the Inglenook of the Living Room provide twin-sized mattress for occasional weekend guests.
A large recreation room on a lower level accesses the grounds via a 12’ sliding door. This space has a fold-out queen-size couch and can also serve as an office for those who would like to combine work with vacationing. There is a full bath on this level.
The kitchen has ample work space and high-end appliances, including an oversize refrigerator-freezer and two Miele dishwashers.
