Portisco is simply paradise in the heart of the Costa Smeralda with sandy beaches at walking distance.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed (or two single beds)both overlooking the hills. The living room with balcony has a stunning view on the sea.This apartment is part of an exclusive residence located at 17 km. from Olbia (Port and intl. airport), opposite to Porto Rotondo and near Porto Cervo (approx. 12 km). The residence is surrounded by 90 ha of gardens and mediterranean bushes. It includes 3 km of beaches, all at walking distance, small bays and the famous Rena Bianca one the most beautiful beaches.You can rent beach umbrella and couches.The residence has a very well equiped Port, restaurants, pizzeria, hairdresser, bar, several shops and supermarket and a 24/7 security guard service. At few km distance there is a charming old village with a church on the piazza, shops, restaurants, drugstore.

Dream family summer holiday

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in July - Aug 2012 with two children aged 4 and 7. We had a fantastic stay throughout thanks to the kindest Nadia & Co's. Our sincere thanks to you all! Porrtisco is a lovely "location" with nice beaches (well-maintained, white sand, nice calm and shallow waters for children) in walking distance (10min) and a super mkt / restaurants. Nadia knows all the locals and has excellent advices for all your needs. The apartment is very clean and Nadia is very kind to stock up essential items so you do not need to rush to a super market upon arrival. We all loved the views from the balcony (nicely facing east so it is not too hot in the afternoon). We saw a red moon one day, fireworks one evening etc etc. The locals are super nice and even nicer when they learn that you are staying at Nadia's place. The food was superb in alll nearby restaurants and so we spent most evenings eating out and the lunches were on the beach. The beaches are perfect for children and there are some little rock areas for the little explorers to find crabs etc also. Beautiful memories - thank you to you all Nadia, M & Y!

Wonderful Stay In Portisco

Everything overexpected for a 25 year married celeration. The location, Portisco, in the heart of Costa Esmeralda, the appartment with everything needed with a great view of the sea. Remarkable Nadia´s very kind attention, even including a welcome first needs and Sardinian bottle of white wine.
Nevertheless Nadias recomendations sights to visit and restaurants were exellent. A place to repeat!

When you wish upon a star

There`s a lot of positive things to say about this place. All from the owner to the surroundings.We went there with our two children - 2 and 3 years old. Everything was well prepared by the owner Nadia.There was even milk for the children and coffee for the adults....and the railing on the balcony was "developed" to be safe for the children.The balcony was a perfect place to spend the evenings - nice views under the stars.The weather conditions were amazingly stable in august.Sunshine every day.Fits well together with the nice beaches around. The site can also offer a playground for the children.In walking distance you will find the harbour with restaurants and a small grocery. By car you can visit several charming villages.So, if you need a peaceful brake from your everyday life - visit Nadia`s place in Portisco!

Wonderful stay at a fair price

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nadia's apartment. It had everything my wife and I and our two girls (3 and 5) needed: from the three beaches you could walk to (including Rena Bianca), to the playground (perfect for our girls to meet other kids), to the mini-farmer's market (a guy selling wonderful produce right out of his truck in the parking lot). I especially enjoyed waking the meandering path down to Rena Bianca and then following the path along the coast and over the rocks back to the apartment complex. The balcony with table and chairs became our breakfast and sunset watching spot. And Nadia had some excellent restaurant recommendations (don't miss the seafood restaurant by the Olbia Port - the perfect end to our wonderful stay in Sardinia).

Our only minor complaint was that you have to be careful not to trip the circuit breaker if you use the stove with the washer and/or hot water heater. Once we learned how to reset it and how to prevent doing it in the first place, it was fine.

I spend one week in Portisco with 2 friends. It was our first time in Sardinia. We had a wonderful time. The location of the apartment is perfect. because there is the beach and all you need (stores supermarket) in the resdence of Portisco. If you want to go to Porto Cervo for a party. it's just 10mn by car so it's really easy. Nadia is very cool and helpful because she explains all you need. where to have diiner or a drink, the good beach,...If I go back to Sardinia, I'm sure to go to Portisco again in the same apartment.
