Large beach home on Bass lake with 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 32 (26 in the lodge home and an additional 6 in the separate cabin for an additional price). Has walkout basement with bar area, firepit by the beach, private sandy beach and dock, open layout, and a fireplace in the living room. The home has a deck overlooking the water with amazing views of Bass Lake, which is an all-sports lake that sits on mostly State Land, so there's little water traffic. Perfect for fishing and swimming! The home sits on over 1 1/2+ acres of private land, so there's plenty of outdoor space for your party to use and a beautiful sandy beach with a firepit. Our Bass Lake home is the perfect summer getaway for large groups and family get-togethers and reunions. Just a short drive to downtown Traverse City, so you're close enough to the action, yet have the privacy you want when you're back at your vacation home. Hi! I'm Billie Bliss, and I am the Property Manager for the Traverse City Cottages, LLC. We own 10 different vacation rentals in the Traverse City Area, are a family owned business, and have some of the highest quality rental homes in the area! This is the perfect property for large groups looking to get together. Whether it's just a fun get-together with groups of friends or a family reunion, this property allows large groups to all be in the same home yet have enough space as it sets on 2+ acres of private land and has many different areas that groups can congregate (bar area, firepit, backyard, beach, large open layout living area). Our home is clean, well maintained, and comfortable for large groups of renters.

What makes this lodge unique

The views from the home are absolutely beautiful. You have a clear view, overlooking your private beach, of Bass Lake from the living room, dining/kitchen area, master bedroom, bunk room, back deck, and bar area in the walkout basement.

Additional information about rental rates

We require a $500 deposit (that goes toward your total rental fee) upon signing of the rental agreement. This is refundable up until May 1. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Fees And Taxes There is a 6% Michigan Tax. We also require a $500 damages deposit and a $100 cleaning deposit. Both of these deposits are to be returned to you after your stay granted the lodge is left without damages and in a clean state.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
