This is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom home in The Landings, a gated community with tennis, golf, and a marina. It is located in Harbortown Village which has it's own pool and barbecue area. There is a rental boat available at the Marina. You may pay $300 for golf and tennis for 2 people. There are two restaurants on the premise, one is casual with outdoor seating overlooking the Caloosahatchee River, the other is at the Helm Club where the golf course and tennis courts are located. The best Italian restaurant in town is located across the street. You are a short drive to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Downtown Fort Myers, and about 50 minutes from Naples. Great shopping and restaurants at Bell Tower, Saks, Talbots, Bistro 41, and DaRuMa. Coconut Point is 20 minutes away and has Apple, Tommy Bahama, Coach, Brighton, Blue Water Bistro, and Bice.

This is a roomy and comfortable condo with a spectacular view of the Calossahatchee River. It easily sleeps 8, with 3 of the bedrooms having en suite baths

Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from either the first floor sitting area or from a second floor balcony patio.


Our visiting teenage grandchildren were able to enjoy many of the amenities of The Landings (a gated community) as well as 3 bicycles provided by the owners,

I am looking forward to renting this condo again in 2012.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
