A very well presented air-conditioned modern two bedroom apartment with polished timber floors right near St. Leonards railway station -the city is just a 15 minute train ride away.A stroll away is 'eat street' - Willoughby Road together with supermarkets and shopping
The apartment offers a main bedroom with king bed and the second has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a king bed . Both bedrooms come with built in wardrobes.. There are two bathrooms one with a bath, plus an internal laundry with separate washing machine and clothes dryer.
The lounge area is very spacious and houses a beautiful brown leather chaise, large plasma TV with CD player and DVD. The modern timber dining table seats 6 comfortably. The lounge area leads out to a generous enclosed balcony creating a lovely sunroom in which to relax and look over the panoramic northern sunny views. Adjoining this sunroom is a open balcony with modern outdoor furniture to enjoy another panoramic sunny outlook.
There is unlimited internet available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with huge refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. .
