A light and airy 603 square foot first floor flat, this property has a fabulous balcony that runs the entire width of the property. Used as a bolthole in the city by its artistic owners who live in the countryside, this property makes an ideal base from which to explore London.
The flat comprises a bright, light filled sitting room, a well-fitted eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a solid, 3ft wide bunk bed, a bijoux bathroom with small bath and shower and a separate WC. The sitting room has a freeview TV and DVD player, radio and ipod player. The flat also has WiFi and a pay-as-you-go phone will be available to guests.
The bunk bed in the second bedroom makes this an ideal apartment for families or sharers. It is close to the shops and cafes in Brooke Green as well as a children’s playground and also within walking distance of the new Westfield Shopping centre and beautiful Holland Park.
Also within walking distance are several acclaimed gastropubs, bars and restaurants, cinema’s and the theatres and concert venues in Hammersmith.

A very well kept apartment with all amenities and the whole city within easy reach
Absolutely adorable apartment, perfect to stay in just over the weekend. Owner perfectly welcoming and knew the area well. Great and easy access to London's overground system, and to exquisite restaurants. Although we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, it was really neat to get home to in the evenings and take a sip of wine on the balcony.
Our family was impressed with the layout of the apartment. The information contained in the binder was very useful. Convenience shops and supermarkets are close by. Westfield Mall is within walking distance and the Kensington Olympia overground station is a mere 5 minutes walk. Another upside is that we were allowed to check out late to align with our departure flight time. Perfect.
The only downside was the water heater stopped working early on Day 3. We were told that it will be fixed promptly. That didn't happen. We had to endure very cold showers on Day 3, 4 and 5. Of course, we called and waited but no help was rendered. The experience, unfortunately, had a bearing on our rating of our overall experience.
