Great property with outstanding lakeside view from large deck. The property needed a few more pots,pans, etc for kitchen. Also, we had to buy fans to sleep comfortably at night-it would be great if property had ceiling fans in bedrooms

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

you need to have those carpets steam cleaned. we have a 1 year old baby who would crawl around for an hour and have black hands and knees. And we'd all have black feet bottoms after walking around inside, as if we'd been walking around outside. not acceptable for the price we paid.

good location. Much deferred work needed, especially to deck. Very unsafe

Home needs much work. Carpets permanetly stained. One mattress pad had blood stains. Deck and outside tables had not been cleaned. Cleanliness was better than last year, but for the price needs much updating. Cooking utensils were limited. Had to purchase thongs for barbeque. Garbage cans were filled on arrival.

We have enjoyed our stay at this venue for the past 5 years. My only suggestion/request would be that the two BBQs be replaced. Both are peeling badly and are not appealing to cook on.
