About Chris Zahm
We enjoy traveling and all things nature, hence our choice of home in the Green Mountain State for the past 35 years.
Chris Zahm purchased this house in 2012
Why Chris Zahm chose Montpelier
This property was built around 1980, it has amazing views and a large yard with beautiful gardens that bloom in the summer. A perfect place to stay with your family while enjoying all that Vermont has to offer. It is close to many local attractions and if you rent in the summer, feeding the goat at the Morse Farm is a must for children and adults alike.
What makes this house unique
It is a quick and easy drive from downtown Montpelier Vermont, and while close to the town itself, the property offers a very private experience that you are sure to love. I know that our family has and continues to.
It is close to 'bigger cities', but gives one the 'small town' feel.
