Come relax in this well-appointed, modern and comfortable apartment in the beautifully landscaped El Soto de Marbella urbanization in the coastal hills of the Elviria area of Marbella, part of a UNESCO biosphere reserve.

The centrally air-conditioned apartment accomodates up to six people in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with Smart TV/home theater system and sleeper sofa and love seat, 6-person dining table, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer and large terrace from which you will enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast, Sierra Nevada and the golf course from the sitting area or from the 6-person patio table. Both bedrooms have built-in closets with drawers and the master has an en suite bath with walk-in shower and bath tub and a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Broadband internet with dedicated Wifi router and television service with sports package are included.

The apartment has an elevator that goes from the garage to the apartment directly with no steps.

At ‘El Soto’ complex tenants enjoy free access to amenities including pools, clubhouse, executive golf course, fitness center, tennis, paddle and children’s playground. El Soto Restaurant and clubhouse is a few minutes walk and features a relaxing and fun atmosphere with organized events and beautiful terrace dining with outstanding views, hot tub/spa, sauna, fitness center and dressing rooms.

We could not have found a more quiet and neat apartment, everything brand new and as described in the adverticement. The garden are gorgeus,and very well maintain, a luxury, only heard birds of all kinds, it is true you need a car to go down to Marbella (10 minutes) but worth it, in return you can enjoy absolute privacy and golf club within walking distance.

We missed a few stools in the kitchen but nothing more; agency reception, cleaning, supplies, decoration, very good. It was sad not being able to spend more time,

No podíamos haber encontrado un apartamento mas tranquilo y cuidado, todo a estrenar y tal y como lo describe el anuncio.Los jardines preciosos, y tan cuidados ¡¡ , un lujo,solo se oían pajaritos de todo tipo alrededor.Cierto que necesitas coche para bajar a Marbella ( 10 mts ) pero vale la pena, a cambio se disfruta de una privacidad absoluta y el club de golf a un paso.

Echamos de menos unos taburetes en la cocina pero nada más;La recepción de la agencia, limpieza,útiles,decoración,realmente bien.Una pena no haber podido pasar mas tiempo, gracias.

A stunning apartment in a gorgeous setting

We visited friends on the El Soto complex last year and was so impressed with the setting that I came home and started my search in an apartment there for this years holiday...
I found this beautiful apartment and booked it immediately. I was a little hesitant in booking a stranger's property incase anything went wrong but I needn't of worried as from my very first initial enquiry to the return of my deposit after we returned from the holiday, everything ran so smoothly due to Lola's fantastic communication.
We were met by the lovely Ana on our arrival at the apartment whom showed us everything that we needed to know and was on hand for any mishaps. The apartment was amazing, clean and a real "home from home" the terrace views are surreal and many a meal on the balcony was spent staring at the twinkly lights of Mijas.
My husband was in his element what with the apartment being on a Golf course(with the added bonus of finding a set of clubs for him and my 7 year old son in the wardrobe!) and the gym within the clubhouse. My son adored the Jacuzzi in the ensuite bathroom and my 3 year old loved having the choice of 3 pools (as
did we all!) I just loved the peace and quiet in such relaxing surtoundings!
The golf clubhouse has great food and entertainment for all ages.
A car is a must and the drive up to the complex via the mountain road is initially hairy but you soon enjoy the views when you get used to it!

We would highly recommend this apartment so much so, we are in the process of booking again for next year!

Magnifico apartamento

Llegamos el sábado por la tarde, hacia calor y conforme subíamos la carretera que lleva a El Soto de Marbella, no estábamos seguros de como seria la urbanización, es un camino poco transitado y de montaña. Cuando llegamos, todas nuestras dudas se disiparon.

Un increíble enclave en la montaña, una urbanización tranquila, con varias piscinas, campo de golf, tenis, padel, club social. Los jardines y zonas comunes muy cuidados, sin aglomeraciones.

El apartamento tal y como muestran las fotos. Bien decorado, nada de muebles del típico apartamento de alquiler. Sofás y camas muy cómodos, cocina totalmente equipada y una gran terraza con magnificas vistas. Wifi y Tv Movistar son siempre un importante extra cuando viajas con niños.

Si se viaja con niños, recomiendo la playa de Cabopino, ojo, la parte izquierda, la zona de dunas es otra cosa. Hay que ir relativamente pronto si se quiere aparcar en sombra.

Respecto a los restaurantes, hay de todo. Me gustaron especialmente "Aquí te quiero ver" en la playa de Lunamar, y La Lonja en Marbella, este segundo tiene una fritura malagueña espectacular.

Si hay que poner un pero, la plaza de garaje. Aunque es cerrado, si llevas un coche grande y aparca el vecino, es probable que no lo puedas sacar, el pasillo es estrecho y hay poco margen de maniobra, afortunadamente, no tuve vecinos en toda la semana.

En definitiva, una magnifica semana de vacaciones, un tiempo espectacular, una urbanización idílica, en un apartamento grande y muy cuidado.

Si buscas un buen apartamento, tranquilo y en una zona privilegiada, esta sin duda tiene que ser tu elección.

Es verdad que el garage es pequeño, pero nunca hay nadie en el otro aparcamiento pues el apartamento esta vacío y no vive nadie, al menos hasta ahora hemos tenido suerte. :)

A very good place to call home for winter!!!

We rented this place for the period from January to March 2014. Great attention on part of owners in caring for us renters, from the first e-mail, through the phone calls, we felt as though we were welcomed guests. It was clean, spacious and nicely furnished - the photos and description of the listing are accurate. The entire complex is very well maintained, very peaceful and walking on the golf course allows for good birding.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND AMAZING LOCATION!!

My Wife and 3 children spent a week here. Our first impressions when we arrived at the property were jaw dropping! The photos on this site do not do the property any justice. The apartment was quite spectacular and we felt comfortable and at home straight away. My kids were happy with the new Smart TV in the living room as well as the Wifi access. The balcony is very large and overlooks breath taking views of the Golf Course and the mountain and sea views. The apartment on the whole was to a very high standard and had everything we needed, it genuinely was a home away from home. The complex on a whole was very quiet and relaxed which is what we enjoyed. The communal pool and local golf club was also a great addition to the complex. A car is a must when getting around especially to the beach which was on average a 15 minute drive, the local restaurants and super market was around 10 minutes drive. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone else. Thank you again Lola and Ana for making our family holiday a great vacation to remember.

Everything you need/Geweldig appartement

Nice and comfortable beds. Well equiped kitchen. Tasteful decoration. Secured parking. Quiet location. Voor onze verlengde weekendtrip naar Andalucia vonden we hier met ons drietjes alles wat we nodig hebben aan een buiten seizoenprijs die heel schappelijk is. Twee badkamers is dan wel dikke luxe.

The old town of Marbella is a typical small Andalucia town with narrow streets,white walls and a town square called the Orange Square with cute boutiques with hand made clothing and jewelry, local cafés,restaurants and bars where you can shop and relax. The old castle wall and the Cathedral are worth it a visit. If you go the second week of June, make sure to visit the Marbella 'Feria' or Festival.

If you are a tennis lover, we are 3 minutes from Hofsaess tennis academy! and if you are a golf lover, we have our 9 hole golf course on site,but there are many around us less then 15 minutes from the apartment like La Cala Golf Resort with David Leadbetter golf academy.
