Our Executive Concepcion apartment is a beautiful property located in one of the best and most sought-after locations in Barcelona: a small street, mainly pedestrian with limited access to vehicles, that connects the two most elegant boulevards of the city: Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya... right in the city center. La Pedrera is only a few meters away and Plaza Catalunya, Casa Batllo, the most exclusive shops are at a very short walk.
This 80 sq. mt apartment is furnished with lots of style and elegance, with art pieces from renowned artists and details that have been carefully thought of. This is not a child friendly apartment given the delicate furniture and art pieces all over the apartment.

This apartment is exclusively devoted to vacation rentals and is fully licensed with permit from Barcelona's Town Hall.
Born and raised in Barcelona, a city that I love. I was also raised in an international school in Barcelona, which I think is the reason why I feel very comfortable with people from other countries and cultures.
I also love traveling, and believe that people/locals you encounter when doing so can really make a difference in helping you enjoy your trip. I have actually spent one whole year of my life in a 'round the world' trip with my partner (from Sept. 2009 to Sept. 2010).
Sports (diving, running, kitesurfing and surf), eating out (especially SE Asian cuisine) and spending time with my family and friends are also activities that I try to do as much as possible. When not doing any of the above, I work as a consultant in a government owned investment agency trying to raise funds for investment projects of foreign companies. I'm also a property manager of apartments in the city Barcelona and villas in Ibiza.
I started managing this property as short term apartment rental a few months ago, and since then all guests have complimented its location and its style. This apartment is the perfect option for those wishing to stay in the absolute city center (surrounded by the best boutiques and restaurants) and yet away from the crowds of the Old Town and other tourist traps.
Its location is AMAZING. It couldn't be better. This is a very safe, quiet, peaceful street right in the middle of the city and seconds away from La Pedrera and other sites and boutiques. Another great asset of this apartment is its style, comfort and coziness.
