Camp Jusa 'Lil Off sits on 10 private wooded acres with babbling brook running through it. Only 4 miles from Moosehead Lake and the town of Greenville. The setting provides a tranquil location for those wanting to escape their busy schedules. We have direct access to ITS trails from the doorstep of camp for all your snowmobiling and ATV use. The area is perfect for nature lovers, snowmobilers, snow shoers, skiers, hikers, hunters, mountain climbers, kayak & canoeing and water sport enthusiasts. Plenty of space on the property to bring all the outdoor toys with you! One bedroom, sleeping loft and pull out sleeper sofa allows for up 6 people to sleep comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with tub & shower, washer & dryer, dining area & living room with satellite TV, DVD player, CD radio/stereo. Covered porch with gas grill & picnic table leads to large front deck area with deck chairs.

We are Jusa 'Lil Off from the town of Greenville, Jusa 'Lil Off the ITS Trails for snowmobiling & ATV riding and Jusa 'Lil Off the beaten path of all the craziness the world has to offer. So come stay at Camp Jusa 'Lil off and get yourself rejuvenated and back on track when you head home to face the world! :)

About Marion McManus - (Northern Associates at Moosehead)

We live in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Visiting the Greenville area many years ago while snowmobiling year after year we decided to build our own camp in the area. We purchased the land and built the cabin in 2001 and have used it every year since. We love the Maine north woods for it's 'slower pace of life' and it's vast outdoor activities and natural beauty. It's a special place where special memories can be made to last a lifetime!

We do not get to use the camp as often as we would like these days but would love to share it with others so they can experience the enjoyment we have gotten out it as well as the surrounding Moosehead Lake area.

What makes this cabin unique

We chose this land for it's quietness and it's private setting yet we are so close to all the activities. We get the best of both worlds. We love to feed the birds from the built on bird feeder on the front deck as well as watch for wildlife in the field area out front. We have seen deer, fox, squirrels, many birds and yes, even a Moose came to visit one day! The cabin surrounded by trees and you are truly 'in the woods' yet close to town too!
