Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $250 deposit is required to confirm reservation. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made via credit card. Cancellations within 2 weeks of reservation will result in the loss of the full cost of the accommodation plus tax. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the reservation are fully refundable.

    Heating of Swimming pool/jacuzzi will cost $30 per day.

    Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • A fully refundable security deposit of $400 will be required as security against negligence, theft, damages or additional charges. Alternatively can purchase insurance for a one off payment of $36 We will advise guests in writing and process the charge to their credit card if damages, losses or additional charges are incurred. Deposit will be refunded once the Management company has inspected the property on checking out.

We spent a wonderful time.

The house is very beautiful I love how it is decorated very classy and serious, it was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet, it is located around 15 minutes to the Disney Parks, and 20 to Universal, I LOVE the fact that a person comes to sell you great meat the very next morning, very convenient if you don't want to make many supermarket trips.
I would stay here next year again and not for one week but for two!
