White Sands Village gets its name from the beautiful white sandy beach directly in front of this vacation resort known as Magic Sands.For your peace and quiet this is a concrete building rather than wood construction and has an elevator which very few places have for easier access to your condo.
The living area of this beautiful condo is 1010 sq.ft. which is one of the larger floor plans. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the private 196 sq. ft. lanai while overlooking palm trees,hibiscus,red ginger and other colorful tropic tress and plants. Feel the ocean breeze as you gaze out to sea.
This condo has a custom kitchen and renovation as we have knocked out a wall for an open floor plain. View the TV while in the kitchen and enjoy the open space. Plenty of space in the master bedroom with queen size bed and your own T.V. Guest bedroom also has a queen bed. Don't forget you have 2 bathrooms!
The inviting pool with chaise lounges,spa,game room with pool table,library, and free tennis courts are all available for your enjoyment and use. Stroll over to the beach and enjoy the white sand beach with the most gorgeous water to swim, snorkel, or ride the waves in. Watch the sunset and look for the green flash.
Kona offers you the peace and quiet relaxed way of life with the charm and friendliness reminiscent of Hawaii like it was when it became known as paradise. No big city here!
Visit the unique volcano's on this island known as Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. Absolutely fantastic sunsets atop Mauna Kea then stay and gaze into the universe to see our galaxy,stars, and planets. Of course check out the lava flow at Mauna Loa.
Kailua-Kona offers you fine shops,restaurants,championship golf courses with great views,deep sea fishing, sailing,best snorkeling on the island, sea turtles,black sand beaches and a beautiful green sand beach by South Point.

We lived in Indiana and moved to Hawaii in 1986 and in 1988 bought our condo. We lived in the condo for many years and now have a home in beautiful Hawaii. So we are here should you need anything right away!

We love White Sands Village because of the location, quality of the buildings, and the amenities. As a family of 4 we all played tennis and love the 2 courts.
The sunsets are beautiful and it is nice and quiet and private in this building. We only have to walk a few steps and we are at the pool but don't hear the noise from all the action.
The condo was comfortable and clean. It was near the beach and shopping along Alii Dr. We had a great time, it was centrally located, we traveled all over the Island from there. It had enough parking for two cars and had an elevator.
It was near the Sheraton Hotel, we went there for music. It was also very close to the Keahou shopping center.
Recently stayed in this unit and was very pleased with the condo, the location and the Big Island of Hawaii. Condo was well appointed and clean with nice tennis courts, swimming pool (with barbeque area). Centrally located in the Kona area. Quiet neighborhood but still close enough to all of the local activities to be very convenient. I have stayed at White Sands Village many times in the last 20+ years and always had a great experience. I highly recommend this condo and this location for your next vacation on the Big Island.
Excellent location and incredible value! Beautiful white sands beach immediately across Alii Drive, a short drive to Kona Village. and a scenic one mile stroll to Kahaluu Beach Park--which is one of the best snorkeling locations in Hawaii. The location was quiet and relaxing, and away from crowds. The view from the large lanai was spectacular. The condo itself was modern, clean, well furnished and had all of the ammenities--including a washer/dryer. This was our first trip to Hawaii, so we spent our days with activities and sightseeing, and were always happy to return this pleasant condo.
The owners have lived in Kona for 25 years, and were accommodating in every way. They were immediately there when we locked ourselves out. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and will stay there again when we return.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The owner is personable and very helpful. The location is excellent across the street from the beach. The condo and the rest of the property are well maintained and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. This is an excellent rental in a lovely location.
