I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Las Vegas. I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Great location, decent place for a couple days

Location is really good, walking distance to both the river, both ends of sixth street, and even Rainey street. There are some great restaurants within a couple blocks as well.

The unit itself is decent, and works for a guys' getaway.

Great location

Arrived in Austin for a guys' reunion weekend and wanted to experience the night life and all of the fun that Austin has to offer. This was the first visit to Austin for many of us. In terms of location, this place can't be beat - the proximity to 6th St bars and restaurants is nearly unbeatable. In terms of the apartment, it was clean and as advertised. The kitchen is modest and the bathrooms are adequate. While certainly not luxurious, this 3Br apartment was sufficient to house us all and allow us to enjoy the Austin nightlife.

Great Location, Some Inconveniences

The best think about this property is its location! It is walking distance to the 6th Street and Rainery Street bars, good restaurants, and the river. Some of the trade offs include being on the first floor, limited hot water tank, limited functioning A/C, and bedrooms on the ground floor (which means that your hangover hurts more when people walk by.) All in all, if you are looking for a great location and accommodating to mild inconveniences, this is the place for you!

IDEAL PRIME LOCATION

this apartment is located within walking distance in the middle of everything we needed to go to...owner was quick with communications and was nice enough for late checkout. Apt itself was clean but a little outdated. Overall it was a good deal for a great location.
