About Sandeep Nanda

I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Las Vegas. I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

I have been married since December 2003 and I have a 7 year old son.

This condo is great for a large group, very centrally located to bars, restaurants and attractions. The condo was clean and well maintained and well stocked with all the amenities you'd get at a hotel, and more. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Austin was amazing. Much of it was because of our stay at Sandeep's Condo! The location, ameneties, etc.. couldn't have been better. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

If you are visiting Austin TX and searching for a quality rental, in a great location, then look no further; this is the rental unit for you and your friends/family. The unit is located roughly three blocks away from everything; restaurants, bars, shops, sites…everything is within walking distance. The unit itself was perfect for a getaway weekend; it was easy to access, it was safe and secure, and most of all, the landlord did a fantastic job from our first interaction all the way to checkout. The beds are very comfortable, the shower pressure is strong, the place is clean and there is plenty of space for all. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone visiting Austin for a long weekend; you can’t go wrong.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful condo at the end of April; very clean with brand new renovations! We enjoyed the pool during the day and at night It was a 2 min walk from prime downtown, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great deal.

great place, perfect location, and fantastic owner

A group of my friends and I stayed here in early April. We had an amazing time.

The location could not be better. It's in the heart of downtown. There are three main go-out places in austin: south congress (live music), dirty sixth street (the whoo! college! part of town), and rainey street (a bunch of cool old houses that have been converted into bars). This place is a quick walk to sixth and rainey street, and a doable walk to south congress. That said, the condo is on a quieter street, so you won't get woken up at night. Great restaurants--I'd recommend Ironworks for BBQ-- are also close. It's also nearby some great outdoors spots, including a fun running trail by the river.

The condo itself is clean and spacious. We had 8 people staying there, and we were comfortable. If you do 8, I'd recommend having one person bring an air mattress, though. It's in a safe part of town, and the lighting around the area is good. You'll feel safe walking back there late at night.

The owner is extremely nice and responsive. Dealing with him was a breeze, which always makes travel logistics easier.
