Villa Vue de Mer is located in the “Beacon Hill” area, one of Sint-Maartens most desired neighbourhoods overlooking beautiful Simpson Bay.

This Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open style kitchen has a wonderful view on the mountain and the ocean. The home also has a great library with books that will help you relax even more while drinking a cocktail around the pool.

The beach is a 5 minutes’ walk away and allows you to enjoy the wonderful Caribbean sea from sunrise up until.

The other highlight of the property is the outdoor bar that is great for entertainment.

The great location of the Villa allows you to be within walking distance from the most entertaining town on the island called “Maho”, Maho is known for the great bars, restaurants, late night shopping and also casinos and nightclubs.

Fees And Taxes The villa could be rented as a 2,3 or 4 bedroom.

Low season rates goes from 300 US dollars per night to 500 Us dollars per night.
from December 1st to January 14th the property rental cost will be 6500 US dollars per week. (Only 7 night renters will be accepted in that period)

Magique in French is “magical”. This property is just perfect. My family enjoyed villa vue de mer so much that they are thinking about coming back this summer. The bedrooms are very nice the outdoor space has a great view and the area is very quiet.

In the morning we looked and the sunrise on the pool side of the house and in the afternoon at the sunset on the back veranda.

We will be back Ricky and thanks a lot for your assistance you was great.

GREAT-WONDERFUL-AMAZING VILLA

We were 5 interns from France and we spent 5 wonderful months on St-Maarten. Our home being too small to accommodate our family and friends we rented out this villa for about a month. And it was great. Not only the home is perfect for about 9 persons but you have everything you need. BBQ which is a highlight point for us students. The view was to die for but we really enjoyed the outdoor bar.

Also we were within walking distance from the night clubs, bar and restaurants. Also, Rikki the property manager was great in helping us whenever we needed.

I do advise anyone who wants to come to St-Maarten to stay at this place it is 5 stars fabulous.
