March 2010 the kitchen had all new cabinets with granite tops installed, all vanities were replaced and new granite tops installed. All rooms were painted and many new amenities were added.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adjacent full bath and a private walk out onto a separate deck. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 & 3 share the second bathroom.. The living room has sliding doors which go out on to a large, screened-in porch with a patio table and chairs.
Temperatures are moderate throughout the year. All the history and beauty of Charleston with its award-winning restaurants and shopping is only 21 miles away. Kiawah Island offers the perfect family vacation or a romantic getaway.
My sisters and I checked in late yesterday, and, wow, are we delighted with your beautiful cottge! We have stayed in about eight different places on Kiawah throught out the past 25 years or so and yours is by far the BEST of all!!! If you had anything to do with the decorating and painting - congratulations on a job well done because it looks highly professional and extremely tasteful.
We look forward to "discovering" our surrondings tomorrow includiing beach and walking trais. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them.
Most likely Kiawah is going to have to drag us kicking and screeming all the way home, We have decided to stay here permantly.
This Inlet Cove cottage is located a block and a half from the pool and Kiawah River and four blocks (11 minute walk)from the ocean in a private and quiet neighborhood. Leisure trails allow quick access to the beach and West Beach Village.
This beautiful, barrier island epitomizes all that is elegant and tranquil. Ten miles of sandy beach, lagoons, marshes, and the Kiawah River are all home to a wide variety of water fowl. For hikers and bikers, there are 35 miles of paved bike trails. Bikes and in-line skates are available to rent. Inlet Cove has the best pool on the island and a wonderful dock from which you can fish, catch crabs, boat, or enjoy unbelievable sunsets on the Kiawah River.
You also can collect shells, watch many variety of birds, wild life, marine life, and alligator sightings.
