Whether you are just looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay vacation spot at a reasonable price this cozy cottage will provide all you need. Amenities of this freshly renovated house include a full kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Pack N’ Play, screened porch for enjoying the breeze.

A block and 1/2 from the beach and mere minutes from several casinos this beachy getaway is perfect for both family and couples alike. Three beautiful bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms sleeps up to 14 people. Centrally located on the Gulf Coast near the airport you are but a drive from eleven winning casinos. The Coast hosts 20 championship golf courses including one designed by Jack Nicklaus, deep sea fishing charters, and several top notch shopping destinations. From fine dining to dive restaurants the gulf coast is home to many wonderful dining establishments. This house is close to the famous Blow Fly Inn, which was recently featured on the Food Network’s Diners Drive-Ins and Dives.

The living room has a 42in LCD Flat Screen TV/DVD, Bunk room has a 27in LCD Flat Screen TV/DVD, Master Bedroom's TV is a 27in Flat Screen TV.

The kitchen is ready for the cook, with all utensils, Blender, Foreman Grill & spices. The Patio is equipped with a Grill and Table and chairs to seat 4. Off street parking will accommodate RVs. Enjoy the Gulf Breeze on the Screened Porch, and feel safe with the Alarm System.

Adults are not the only ones we cater too. Being only a block and 1/2 from the beach this cottage is the perfect getaway for your family too. There are many attractions that can keep the kids entertained for days on end. Gulf Islands Water Park is a mere ten minute drive and the Ship Island Excursion Boat is an inexpensive way to access the white sandy beaches of the Barrier Islands. Lynn Meadows Discovery Center was rated in the top 50 children’s museums in the U.S. and is located 3 miles from the cottage and is perfect for rainy days.

This is our second vacation rental. We live very close to this house, so keeping up with it is easy. We have always enjoyed fixing up houses so getting to furnish it was a bonus. Living so close to the beach is really a great place to live and we would like to share it with others. When we travel we also stay in VRBO properties.

We had a marvelous time in Gulfport and surrounding areas. This house made our visit so much more enjoyable. Vickie and Lionel have made a very comfortable"home away from home"! We will surely be back next year for another visit to the Gulf Coast.

Be sure to try the Beignets at Tripletts and Day Drug Store and the Flounder Stuffed with Crab and Shrimp at Steves Marina Restaurant in Long Beach. Darwells was alsos a unique place to eat. The food in the area was excellent!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

What a charming cottage! It was just adorable as well as clean and well furnished. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed for a weekend reunion with friends. Since we plan on doing this again we will be back! Thank you Vicki for providing us with a fabulous "home away from home".

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Had a great time in Gulfport, and the Cottage is just as you see online. Nice house, well kept and plenty of room. Everything you need and more. My wife and I, two daughers and a six year old grandson and everyone had plenty of room. TV's in bedroom worked out great for the grandson. Nobody bothers you and the neighborhood is very quite. We will try and rent this again the next time we go to the Gulf coast. Thanks Vickie, my family enjoyed the house.

Perfect Spring Break!

Everything was perfect! House was very clean and comfortable. Me and my girlfriend and another couple went for the week and it was great. No one was on the beach and all the food around the area was great. If you are looking for a relaxing spring break this is great.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
