Beautiful Vacation Home in Rehoboth Beach's gorgeous Silver Lake Manor neighborhood. Nestled in a 25+ foot tall exotic Bamboo Grove, you'll return time and again to this quiet paradise.

Relax with your morning coffee on the deck or cook out with a drink in the evening and enjoy the sunset. You're on VACATION!!!

Cathedral Ceiling Great Room has 3 Walls of Glass overlooking the Bamboo Grove and yard, fully air conditioned and professionally furnished for your comfort.

Three Bedrooms Total. Master bedroom with Queen Bed and private half bath, 2nd bedroom with Double Bed, and 3rd bedroom with two Twin Beds.

Relax in the Main Bath with Custom Mural and Skylight or rinse off that Salt and Sand in the fully enclosed and private Outdoor Shower (always our favorite place to shower!)

Walk, bike or drive the short 4-5 blocks around Silver Lake to Rehoboth's best beaches. Our street doesn't require parking permits either so parking is free on Terrace Road.

Terrace Road is a quiet one way street, no through traffic, and close to the beaches and nightlife of Rehoboth and Dewey and all the shopping of Tangers Outlets on Route One. The Jolly Trolley stops at the corner of the street for your convenience into RB and Dewey nightlife.

Yes the house has Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TV, Dishwasher, Stereo, iphone/ipod connector for stereo, fully equipped kitchen, totally loaded. This is not your typical beach rental, Please enjoy it as if it were your home.

  • June 21-Sept 13 2014 $2200 per week, Sept 13-Oct 25 2014 $1800 per week
  • 50% deposit required to hold rental. Deposit Non-refundable unless re-rented.
  • Balance due in full 30 days prior to occupancy. $150.00 cleaning fee additional.
  • Refundable $300.00 Security Deposit, returned within 30 days.

Perfect retreat

For the second year in a row, we stayed at this wonderful home for almost two months. We love that we can bike to both Rehoboth and Dewey given the great location of the house. We had lots of weekend guests and there was plenty of room for all. The great room is the best room, and is conducive to reading and playing games, so we found we didn't spend much time in front of the TV. The back patio is great, and the outdoor shower is lovely. Tim the owner is beyond helpful. We definitely recommend this house, in fact we already have plans to rent again in the spring.

We really liked this house and had a very nice stay for two weeks. We were initially concerned about being so close to the highway, but the bamboo makes everything feel quiet, shady and private, and the walk to the beach or the Trolley stop is pretty and pleasant. The layout makes good use of the space -- the four of us (two adults, two kids) always had enough room for everyone. Comfortable beds. The sound-system is a nice bonus! Tim answered all our questions and was very easy to do business with.
Owner's Response: Since Terrace Road is a quiet One Way street and we are more than five lots away from the busier road we never notice any street noise, it is great having the quiet and being close to everything too. Glad you had fun, thank you for your positive comments, much appreciated.

Loved this beach house! It was very comfortable and layed out nice. Loved the backyard with the bamboo and chimes blowing in the wind. Very peaceful. Enjoyed walking to the lake. Favorite room was the greatroom. Nice and bright.

I love this house. Super comfy, totally stocked with everything you need. Clean, quiet, and private. Easy and beautiful walk passed the lake to the beach. The great room in back is my favorite spot, perfect for napping, reading, after dinner drinks. We have breakfast and dinner outside on the patio everyday.

This home was truly the relaxing get away I was looking for. Comfortable, simple and charming. Wonderful space surrounded by gently swaying bamboo. Cozy rooms, with homey decor, nestled on a soothingly quiet neighborhood street. The outdoor deck is the perfect place for a family get together or a romantic evening meal under the stars.
