Beautiful house with a perfect location in the center of Cancun.

Just steps from one of the best-known restaurant areas in the city, Nader Avenue and Puerto Cancun with a shopping center with the best shops.

This excellent location is a few meters from pharmacies, supermarkets, wineries, and even the bus terminal a few meters around.

The property is excellent for families and groups who want to live an unforgettable experience in the Mexican Caribbean.

The house was recently renovated, with open spaces to live together as a group. It has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate large groups. We know how important it is to have a good internet connection so we make available a fast connection and televisions with Netflix ready to use as well as cable television.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioners as well as a central air for the comfort of guests throughout the property.

The beach is just 15 minutes away that offers all kinds of activities, from paddle, kite surfing, luxury yacht rental with a tour to women's island or just a quiet day by the sea.

The property has a very comfortable pool area to spend a day in the house, making use of the grill or the fully equipped kitchen for the needs of a large group. For rest days, Cancun has an excellent variety of restaurants with home delivery service.
