This unit has modern furniture, travertine marble floors throughout, stainless steel kitchen with an absolutely gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay and the islands. Each bedroom is entirely private and decorated with new furniture and accessories. This unit was completely renovated with new bathroom, kitchen and all new furniture in Dec of 2010. The building has 5 restaurants, convenience store, deli, sports bar and restaurant and 24 hour private concierge security. There is a heated pool with 4 hot tubs, gym, spa, medical facility and drugstore all within the building. Rent your car for your stay right here in the building. Parking comes with the unit for 1 car.

Amazing!

We booked this condo for a couples vacation with some friends and we were all impressed with the professional service that Rachel provided and the beautiful condo we stayed in. The view was amazing and the condo was well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this condo to other people!

Had a wonderful stay in the condo on Biscayne Bay.

The condo was clean, and newly updated. The check-in was seamless. We very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Bay. We had plenty of towels, and never ran out of hot water (there were 6 guests). We also appreciated the security of the building. We had to access the elevators to the condo through a security guard and using our fob. Would highly recommend this property.

Location, location, view!

As a first time tourist to Miami I wondered where to base myself. With a wonderful view across the Bay, great pool and a safe neighbourhood this condo was ideal for exploring South Beach, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coral Cables and for trips to the Everglades. There is even a Publix a block away!

Rachel was very responsive, professional and left me with the impression that she always did what she promised to do. Check-in and out worked well.

MY STAY WAS AMAZING. I COULDN'T COULD ASK FOR A BETTER HOST (RACHEL) SHE WAS AMAZING AND RIGHT AT MY CONVENIENCE WHEN NEEDED.

SHE ALWAYS WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE I WILL OKAY.

PROPERTY IS BEAUTIFUL, HUGE AND VERY CLEAN. LOTS OF AMENITIES AND ONLY FEW MINS TO SOUTH BEACH.

Perfect for our needs

This location and particular suite was perfect for us 5 ladies. We have an annual girlfriend's trip and this was our choice this time. The view was spectacular. Every morning i got up and went to the balcony to just read or catch up on email. Then all of us would end up just chilling out there until it got too hot. (Cant control the weather). The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The only negative was a couple of issues with the iron, one of the light fixtures, one bathroom could have been cleaner and it was a bit dusty in places. Nothing we couldn't live with or wasn't addressed. If there were ANY questions or problems, the management responded pretty quick with solutions. We walked to the store which was very close for food and drinks and took the free trolley from right across the street to other places. When we didn't want to cook, we went right downstairs for a nice cooked breakfast/meal. They even deliver. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend highly to my friends.

Somo de Argentina, nos alojamos por 12 dias, todo estuvo estupendo, rachel muy amorosa y atenta, muy recomendable, lo unico engorroso era el parking que estaba en el ultimo piso, si tienes que entrar y salir varias veces en el dia es un poco fastidioso, el rsto genial, el departamento muy comodo y moderno. Gracias
