Nicely situated one half block from the beach and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown yet it's only two blocks away from the boardwalk.
The Ocean City Gold Coast runs from 20th street to 34th street and is considered to be the prime location in Ocean City. Most of the homes and condos in this area are not available for rent.
The beach is a 1 minute walk. The beaches in this area are some of the finest in Ocean City. The downtown shopping and the boardwalk attractions are only ten blocks away.
A heated indoor shower with changing area is located in the lower level.
Wall to wall carpeting in all rooms (except kitchen and baths)
is comfortable on the feet giving a homey atmosphere to your summer vacation home.
Free Wifi is available so you can keep in touch.
Parking can be a problem in any shore town during the summer, but we have parking for three cars, one in the garage and two on the garage apron.
Rental weeks run from 2PM Saturday to 10AM the following Saturday. A $300 deposit will secure your reservation. One half of the rental price is due at the signing of the lease with the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
This is a non-smoking unit and we do not allow pets. We hope these few restrictions will actually enhance your vacation experience.

We are third generation Ocean City property owners. Both my wife and I, unkown to each other, started our Ocean City connection as infants. Our parents and grandparents before us did so as well.

We have been coming to Ocean City all our lives. We know the City well. Our respective families have owned property in Ocean City for three generations.
When we purchased our property we looked for the ideal location that offered convenience without the risks associated with beachfront property.
The neighborhood is quiet and yet the commercial areas are nearby. It's the best of both worlds.
What makes this condo unique
As you enter the condo you first notice the airiness that fits so well with a summer vacation at the shore. It looks clean and fresh which is what we would expect if we were renting.
The front porch has four old fashioned rockers where you can sit back and relax and rock away.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. The stove is a glass-top electric model.
The bedrooms are done nicely without being over done. There are two queens, one double and two twins.
It is a unit that is nicely decorated, close to the beach but very convenient to resturants and the boardwalk.
