Welcome to Paradise Beach Club 335. Part of the 'Stay In Cocoa Beach Family'.

Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your private balcony and throughout the unit. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, ocean front, pet friendly unit is a must see!

The unit was recently renovated top-to-bottom to include:

- Tile floors throughout

- A fully stocked and updated kitchen with new cupboards, appliances, granite counter tops and glass mosaic backsplash

- Two fully updated bathrooms with walk-in showers and new vanities

- New furniture in the bedrooms, living room and dining room.

- Plasma TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a TV in the guest bedroom

This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen and much, much more. You can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen pull out sofa sleeper in the living room.

Paradise Beach Club is located as close to the beach as you can get. With private access to the quiet white sand beaches you can always find a spot to enjoy the beach without dealing with crowds.

The beautiful, well maintained complex has a heated oceanfront pool which overlooks the ocean. The complex was built right next to a sea wall so that you could get closer to the ocean that any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. The complex is located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 20 minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minutes to Indialantic, and an hour away from the Orlando Airport and Disneyworld.

This condo is located in a fantastic spot! There is a grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, McDonalds, frozen yogurt place, Dollar General, and movie theater across the street! The ocean view from this condo in the Paradise Beach Club Resort is phenomenal! You can see the pool area from the condo's balcony as well. The condo has updates galore...granite, flat screen TVs, newer furniture, luxurious bathrooms, etc. The beach and ocean are steps from the condo! There are also many good restaurants in Satellite Beach and it's a very easy drive to Melbourne Beach and Cocoa Beach if you feel the need to go to a bigger city. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Drew is very easy to work with and you can't beat the rates!

This Beach Condo is everything that was described and more.The inside is very clean and very modern with lots of new stuff. The kitchen had everything one could need right down to the ice maker in the refrigerator door.The condo overlooks the pool area which is well maintained. I watched the guy every morning wash the lounge chairs and pool deck. From the deck you can have breakfast and watch the surfers catching waves.At night the sound of the waves on the beach puts you to sleep.If you are looking for a nice peaceful vacation on the beach this is definitely the best there is! I only wished It had been available for two more weeks. I would have stayed longer. I would love to come back and stay again sometime.
For you coffee lovers there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street ,also a Taco Bell and a nice little mall with a Publix and movie house and more.
I would highly recommend this condo .It is a great place and a good deal. Cudos to Drew on this one.
