We've lived in Austin since 1996 and love the city! Amanda has been a licensed Realtor in Austin for 12 years, and we personally manage all of our rental properties - both furnished and unfurnished. We love meeting our guests from all over the world and creating a wonderful and memorable visit for them in Austin. And when we're vacationing, we always enjoy staying in vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts as well!
This home is so adorable and has so much charm, but still recently renovated. It's very close to UT and a short distance to downtown. You can walk many places and the neighborhood is very pleasant. The master bathroom soaker tub is the most relaxing room in the home, and the backyard is peaceful with the fish pond and covered patio.
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!
The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
This was a very comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated home in a quiet residential area. The kitchen is very well appointed, although we barely used it because we spent most of our time exploring the great restaurants and cafes that Austin has to offer (just to name a few, very nearby are Fonda San Miguel for great Mexican food and Pacha, a very cool cafe with great coffee—and we are very picky about coffee—and breakfast/lunch). The back yard of the house was a great place to gather or just sit and read. Our host, Greg, filled us in well ahead of time about important information about the house and couldn't have been nicer to deal with. We all had a great stay in this home.
Very nice home conveniently located for our daughters downtown Austin wedding. home was well supplied with everything we needed. We had a few minor issues which the homeowner took care of promptly
Our whole clan came to Austin for a wedding and needed beds for all the kids and grandkids. Uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, even a few wee ones came for the big celebration. Greg and Amanda were brilliant at fitting us into three of their homes and we will forever be grateful for the memories. The grandkids loved running around the yard and looking at the fish, and the house was very comfortable and cozy. It was wonderful family time for sure!
Adorable house, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Loved both bathrooms and the master bedroom was beautiful as well as the other two bedrooms. House was the perfect size for our long weekend stay in Austin for our family wedding. Would stay again.
The house was exactly like the pictures - clean and well-maintained. Greg was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again!
For an older home the inside has been modernized. Beautiful furnishings throughout the whole house. We went to Austin for a whole week so we could help our Longhorn daughter purchase furniture and move into her new place. We are a family of six and usually have to rent 2 or more hotel rooms. This place was perfect especially for a week. Not only did we save money but it was nice to come to a peaceful place after a long day. We usually stay in the downtown area and it can get very noisy. My husband praised me for finding such a wonderful place and the children felt more at ease.
