Condo includes: high speed wireless internet ,bell fibe tv ( with pvr ).Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove, ), master bedroom with queen size bed, fully furnished living & dining room , 55” led tv with bose surround system/home theatre,playstation®3.

Den with double sofa bed ,computer desk . In suite washer & dryer. Iron and ironing board

The kitchen features bosch (tassimo machine). Plus, 12 cup coffeemaker-delonghi . Also, cuisinart ™ cordless electric programmable kettle with 6 preset temperatures.

There is food courts, banks and 24 hours groceries.

This property is located right in downtown Toronto on Bloor Street with walking distance to Yorkville area, steps to the subway (Yonge and Bloor subway station), and few minutes walking to Ryerson University campus. Close to the Eaton center.

What makes this condo unique

This is a beautiful, warm & very inviting condo with a beautiful view of downtown & the west end of Toronto. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and transit - it is in the heart of one of the best parts of the city. Lobby and hallways are gorgeous, elevators are super fast. Very cozy & comfortable living environment, in a very nice pristine condo building. The gym, pool, and steam room is a very nice and relaxing touch as well.
