This cozy three bedroom and one bath cottage offers convenience to Ohiopyle, Nemacolin Resort, Yough Lake, Wisp and Deep Creek Lake! The Fayette Springs House sleeps eight adults. The main floor offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, living area, full bathroom and a spacious bedroom. The upper level of the home offers two large bedrooms. The home is centrally located to the area attractions. The Fayette Springs House is JUST MINUTES from OHIOPYLE STATE PARK, Fort Necessity National Battlefield, Frank Lloyd Wright's Architectural Masterpieces, Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns, the Great Allegheny Passage, Christian Klay Winery, Jumonville Retreat, Braddock's Grave and the Yough Lake. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Wretched, cold beginning but warm and comfortable thereafter.

The rental was very satisfying except for our check-in. It had snowed all day and by the time we arrived there was about 4 to 6 inches of snow on the walkway and steps up to the porch. When I called about it a gentleman was sent right away to shovel the snow and someone came again when it snowed a couple days later.

We were very impressed with the quality of the property and the shape everything was in. It was a beautiful home. We cannot wait to stay again for our anniversaries and take a look at some of the other rental homes.

Property not in good condition - very loose door handle, outside steps peeling paint, could not get shower pull to work. Furniture placement bad.

Great spot to crash for a guys weekend of four-wheeling in the Ohiopyle area.
Really, really good BBQ at Bike night on Thursday. Great location for our nightly cocktails at the Inn and best of all you don't have to drive.

Generally satisfied but immediately upon entry was a strong smell of mold. Since it was the first thing noticed upon entry, all else was diminished.
