We have made sure that this is a clean and newly remodeled home with everything you would expect to insure a great vacation. We hope many happy memories will be made and kept for years to come. Cape Coral is wonderful place to visit with gentle breezes, warm sunshine, and beautiful sunsets. We like Fletchers which was The Hangout and still has the same delicious menu. Rumrunners is a favorite with patio dining on the river and my favorite fried Grouper sandwhich with sweet potato fries. Don't miss a night at The Joint where you can dine on the water and enjoy live bands. The Joint is right next to Rumrunners, less formal and we recommend the flat iron steak salad. There is so much to do in the Cape and Fort Myers area that you will not be bored including a Sunday flea market in Ft Myers you just will not believe. You can also rent boats, kayaks and bikes to further explore the area. Berkshire Palms offers a comfortable, peaceful enviroment where you can feel at home and relax. Come on down and try it, you will enjoy its many amenities.
Keywords: This newly remodeled 4 bedroom home has everything you could ask for in a vacation hideaway - new furniture, beds, well equipped kitchen, solar-heated pool, newly painted, open design, new grill. Berkshire Palms is so clean and comfortable you will want to stay longer. We are close to beaches, and restaurants, including Fletchers, Rumrunners , the Joint - all great places to eat and sit by the water.
Cori and I have enjoyed vacations on the Gulf Coast for many years. We are very excited about our recent purchase and proud to share it with you. We can only hope you will visit and enjoy the wonderful weather, beaches, sunsets, and life style we have discovered along the way. Yes, we love this place
Cori and I are New England natives, born in Connecticut and currently residents of Windsor, Massachusetts. We have vacationed many times along the Gulf Coast of Florida and thoroughly enjoyed it. As a result, we decided to explore the area more and fell in love with Cape Coral
Make sure you save days to visit Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island for collecting seashells, and Captiva Island voted one of the beach beaches in the world to visit. Also in the north cape area look for Matlacha on to pine island. it is worth a day trip as these areas that are representative of the old Florida Lifestyle. Also check out the high speed daily boat 'The Key West Express' to Key West that leaves Fort Myers Beach Daily. As New England natives and residents we must point out that the Red Sox training facility is in nearby Ft. Myers along with that of the Minnesota Twins.
