Our home is located at the end of a small subdivision. In the middle of an acre with vacant lots on either side. 250' of shoreline in a cove just off the main channel and minutes, by boat or car, to Hales Ford bridge and Bridgewater plaza where you will find many shops, restaurants and plenty of activities.
We have a large boat house and new dock with floater. Will send more pictures via Shutterfly.
My husband and I and our 4 children spent many years vacationing on SML. 11 years ago we purchased a home on Easy St.. which we have rented ever since. Since we have found the experience rewarding, we decided to buy and renovate a 2nd vacation home. Every year our 4 children and their families come to the lake for one week. With all of us together we have a lot of laughs and make new memories.
After a great deal of looking we decided on this property because of the location and the size of the house. Being located in a quiet cove but minutes by boat or car to the main activity on the lake is a great advantage. The house is just under 5,000 square feet and lends itself to many occasions.

The home is on two levels. Across the front on both levels are enclosed porches overlooking the lake. The kitchen is well stocked with updated appliances. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on each level. On the upper level is a large dining/living area. On the lower level is a large recreation room, wet bar with wine cooler, microwave and seating area. A pool table and other games are also available. A separate laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer and two sinks. We have a new stationary dock with floater. Also a large boathouse.
