The home sports 3 large HD TV's with Blu Ray DVD and satellite. It has a well equipped and large gourmet kitchen, large kitchen island seating 6, There is a separate dining room seating up to 12 with two walls of windows and a bar cabinet. Shoal Mates has WiFi. There is a huge back deck with a table tennis set. There are a total of three decks and a southern porch to welcome passers by. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach! Have fun cruising the island on two new golf carts (4 and 6 seaters) and 2 new bikes with helmets. Rental rate includes BHI temporary membership with GOLF privileges/cleaning fee/peace of mind policy. Shoals Club can be added for an additional fee.
