Each bedroom equipped with cable tv. Fully equipped kitchen that includes dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bed linens and towels provided. Large, spacious deck with beautiful lake view. Convenient downtown location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping district. Adjacent to large, public parking lot, snowmobile and atv trail access, playground, walking patch & boat landing.

About Rick or Patty Flora

Rick and I purchased this property from my siblings after our mother passed away unexpectedly. We completely renovated the property with the intention of it being our home -- and it was, until a fabulous opportunity presented itself. That left the condo vacant. A friend suggested it would be a perfect rental property and -- here we are. In my heart, it is still our 'home' and I know you will enjoy your time here.

The Phillips area is a well kept secret in Northern Wisconsin. Enjoy relaxing any time of the year that you visit.

We have a great, unique shopping area and wonderful, reasonably priced restaurants. The library is close by if you simply want to relax and get caught up on your reading. Grocery and liquor store are both only a couple blocks away.

There is a beautiful lit walking path along the shore line for you to enjoy -- and, it leads to a classic A & W which is always a welcome treat!

For the sports enthusiast, Phillips cannot be beat! We are across the street from Ross' Bait Shop & Guide Service and located right on snowmobile and ATV trails.

Your home away from home was recently renovated, includes a fabulous, convenient kitchen to cook in and plenty of space. Each of the three bedrooms has its own cable TV, and a large closet.

You will not be disappointed in your trip to Phillips. We are a small, but warm welcoming community. Come visit and relax!
