This romantic and state of the art equipped villa with landscaped garden is in walking distance from the centre of the medieval little town of Biot. The historical house (200 m² of living space) is completely renovated and tastefully furnished. It is located in a quiet dead end street 200m from the village centre with its market, stores and restaurants and has complete privacy. Biot is famous for its potteries and glassblowers and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the many interesting sites and cities (Nice, Cannes, Antibes) of the Côte d'Azur and the Provence. The sea and its beautiful beaches and many golf courses are within a 20 minutes drive. Spacious living and dining room with open fire place, SAT TV, stereo system, generously equipped Provence styled kitchen. Covered terrace with garden furniture, dining table under a canopy, large pool with 9,5x5m, carport for 2+1 car, automatic gate, alarm system for house and pool.
