We went to great lengths to furnish, decorate and equip our condominium with all the amenities you expect and deserve in a great vacation property. Clean is an understatement - this property is in pristine condition!! The Unit is on the second floor in the Magnolia North area of Myrtlewood Villas - The condominium is an end unit (which means great natural light). It also has a large (9X12) covered porch out the back for you to enjoy, and is just steps away from the nearest pool and jacuzzi (there are 6 more on the property).
Our well-appointed three bedroom, two bath condominium can comfortably sleep 6 adults, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two pull-apart twin x-long beds in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. If you need an additional 'bed' we can arrange for an inflatable mattress for your stay. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has direct access to the second (guest) full-size bathroom. All three bedrooms have brand new, flat screen, high definition, cable TV’s.
The guest bathroom is equipped with a full-size, brand new, washer and dryer. It also houses the iron, hairdryer, beach towels and bath towels.
The living room is furnished with all new furniture, including a large sofa and loveseat, end tables, luxurious draperies, tasteful artwork, and has a flat screen HD cable tv and DVD player. It also houses the wireless (Wi-Fi) equipment so you can use your tech devices without any worry about connectivity limitations.
The dining area and kitchen are part of the open floor plan with counter stools and a comfortable dining room table and chairs.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals for up to 10 people.

The property of Myrtlewood Villas is home to two 36-hole golf courses that you can enjoy during your stay, or visit any other of at least 100 courses in the vicinity. If you've never been to Myrtle Beach there are 4 main reasons it's such a vacation hot spot - golf-beach-dining-shopping, plus the hundreds of amazing attractions that appeal to families!
The property is just 1.5 miles to the beach, 1.5 miles to the famous “Broadway at the Beach”, one mile from CVS Pharmacy & the grocery store, and just minutes from some of the best restaurants on the East Coast. If you like to walk or run outside, there are sidewalks everywhere - you can easily run down 48th Avenue straight to the beach! The Myrtle Beach International Airport is just about 5 miles away.
Cleaning services are provided at the end of your trip and we can arrange for service during your stay should you decide to be with us for multiple weeks or months. If there is something you need during your stay, we can either get it for you or help you locate a place to find it.
We are happy to offer rental rates for long weekends, week long stays and monthly getaways. Our “snowbird” friends are encouraged to contact us about seasonal rentals.
