On-site parking is available for $20/day. Unit sleeps up to 4 but prices are quoted for 2. Each additional guest costs $30/night. Minimum stay is 2 nights. $500 refundable security deposit required at the time of reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival except for last minute reservations. Failure to make a full payment in time may result in loss of security deposit. Special event and holiday surcharges may apply.
