This home is located on 2800 acre Lake Sinissippi. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful views year round. Wintertime offers views of the car races held right on the ice, as well as nearby ATV and snowmobile trails. Winter is also a great time to ice skate or ice fish.

The spring and summer seasons offer swimming, boating, hiking, bird watching, water skiing, bicycling, or just relaxing at the covered concrete bar looking at the beautiful flowers throughout the property.

The fenced in yard offers safety and security for children and pets. Take a relaxing dip in the hot tub, or enjoy sitting arround the fire pit at night. Firewood is available for a small additional charge.

Autumn time offers some of the most breathtaking views of the changing leaves.

The property is within an hours drive to Madison or Milwaukee, and within two hours from Chicago or Rockford, IL.

The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the other has twin size bunk beds. There is also a pack and play and highchair provided. All of the bedrooms have dressers and plenty of closet space. The master bath features a whirlpool tub and double sinks. The second bathroom has a tub and a stand up shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and disposal, as well as the washer and dryer. The entire interior of the house was updated in 2011.

Outside, visitors will find parking for up to 5 cars and a covered patio with concrete bar and gas grill. There is also seating for six in comfortable composite rocking chairs around the fire pit.

Enjoy the many local activities including 'Lakefest' in July and 'Venetian Nights' in August. Or head to Milwaukee for 'Summer Fest' in late June. Nearby Hartford also hosts an annual Hot Air Balloon Festival.

Guests are asked to wash all dishes and bag all trash and place it in the outside garbage can. All bedding should be removed from the beds and placed by the washing machine. Towels should be washed and returned to the cabinet before at the end of the stay.

For guest wishing to bring pets, there is an additional fee of $7.00 per day per pet. All waste and other messes left by the pet must be cleaned up before leaving the property. If waste or excessive pet hair is left an additional cleaning fee may be added. The guest is also responsible for any damage done to the property by the pet. A credit card will be required at check in to cover additional cleaning charges or damages.

Absolutely no smoking in the house.

We do not charge an automatic cleaning fee, however if the property is not left in a reasonably clean condition a fee of $100.00 may be assesed.

Beautiful Spot, Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at the residence on Lake Sinissippi. The house was immaculate, the kitchen fully updated, and let's not forget the allure of the hot tub! We brought our dogs along, and the fenced-in yard was a great bonus for them to run around & play without us worrying about them. I'd recommend staying here to anyone. And a special thanks to Diana, who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed.
