Additional amenities include Desert Breeze Railroad and Water Park, access to bike paths and hiking trails, including a climb of Camelback Mountain. The location provides easy access to the 10, 101, and 17, making day trips to Tucson, Sedona and the Grand Canyon easily accomplished. The condo is a short drive from several championship golf courses, such as San Marco and Ocotillo Golf Resorts. The City of Chandler and the surrounding area hosts many events and festivals throughout the year, where guests can enjoy regional art, unique activities and local cuisine. Some notable sites include Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright's Arizona retreat in Scottsdale; Roosevelt Lake and Superstition Mountain, a little farther east.
