Just minutes to the 4 Seasons Biltmore and the Montecito Inn where you will pay $500 + per night for a much smaller room!!

THE DOWNTOWN QUEEN ANNE STUDIO IS BEAUTIFUL WITH QUEEN BED & 1 DOUBLE FUTON SOFABED, LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN SANTA BARBARA! 3 BLOCKS TO DOWNTOWN, STATE ST, PASEO NUEVO SHOPPING CENTER AND 10 BLOCKS TO THE PIER AND EAST BEACH!!

Ascend the staircase up to The Downtown Queen Anne Studio on the 2nd floor which has a queen bed, double futon sofabed and full bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower combo.

The Studio offers wonderful accommodations! Beautiful furnishings with TV which has cable viewing and dvd player. Full kitchen fully stocked. There is also a coffee maker, mugs, coffee fixins and toaster!

Have a glass of wine or coffee at the dining table where you will overlook Bath Street.

Owner Description: Year Purchased: 2007: I am a chiropractor and successfully managed my chiropractic business, Bolt Chiropractic, for 16 years. Prior to and during this time frame I bought, refurbished and rented several properties in Santa Barbara and Montecito. I have managed these properties for 20 years. I have managed my own vacation rentals since 2007. I bought the beautiful Queen Anne Apartment Building in 2007. The Studio is blocks to the ocean, downtown and it is beautiful, peaceful, safe, quiet and desirable! The Downtown Queen Ann Studio Suite is located right in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara! Walk everywhere: 3 blocks downtown to State Street with all the boutique shops and restaurants, 3 blocks to Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center! 10 blocks to East Beach, 4 blocks to the bus station, train station, pier, etc!!!

Take the Bath St exit off the 101 freeway, north. Drive straight through after the stop sign and then you will find the Downtown Queen Ann Victorian Studio on the right!

Beautiful East Beach, 10 blocks away is at the end of State Street where the Sunday Cabrillo Blvd. market is set up with many different kinds of booths all along beautiful East Beach. You can also walk onto the pier where you will find popular restaurants and more shopping.

Not really a romantic getaway...

My husband and I came to stay here, thinking we were renting a condo, when in fact we were staying in the bedroom of a house. We could hear the t.v. in the room connected to ours, people talking on the phone, and thus knew everything we did was most likely heard as well. No privacy. The microwave plug didn't even reach the outlet so we had to put it on the floor every time we wanted to make something; the first time we plugged the microwave in, it tripped the breaker and our power went out. Overall, not a very friendly, accommodating, or enjoyable place to stay. We left two days early and just went home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: This property is not the Downtown Queen Anne Studio. It is a completely different property. These guests did come and stay at the Enchanting Suite which is described in the website as a suite attached to a large Estate. I never said it was a condo. A Suite is a bedroom and bathroom. The Suite is very private with it's own separate entrance. Yes, sometimes one might hear a very muted sound from the main house as someone might hear sounds in a hotel or motel room. Yes, not known to me, the cleaning crew had moved the microwave. I have moved it back to where it should be and it plugs into the outlet easily. Even though I have forced air vented heating throughout the Estate, I supply an electric heater in the Suite for guests who would like extra heat, which did trip the breaker. The guests rang my doorbell at 11 pm. I had to get out of bed and switch the breaker back on. I have never had this happen before and it was a new heater. I have attached the heater to a different outlet and fixed the problem. I apologized to the guest for the inconvenience and have asked them what I can do to make this up to them. I have not heard back from them.
