Enjoy the tropical lifestyle of San Juan’s most desirable areas in our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment offering newly remodeled and charming décor, and unmatched location. We are just 5 minutes away from the international airport, a 20-minute bus ride to Old San Juan and an easy accessible to el Junque rainforest. And, within walking distance, my favorite hotels, The Ritz Carlton or El San Juan Hotel, that feature casino, restaurants, and much more.

From your open-air balcony, sit and sip your favorite morning coffee or afternoon drink, and enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the beach and feel the Caribbean trade winds and year-round pleasant breeze blowing.

Just few steps of the building entry, you are on an about 2 mile-strip white sandy-beach, perfect for swimming and for you to enjoy.

Our vacation apartment offers fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, china, chinaware and glassware. The bedroom has an air-conditioning unit and offers a queen-size bed with ultra-plush mattress and soft cotton linens for best of comfort.

The cozy bathroom has a tub with rain shower-head and is nicely decorated with soft cotton towels. In the living room there is a queen size sofa pull-out-bed, dining table with four chairs, cable TV, 36 ‘’ Plasma TV, high speed Internet and an second air conditioning unit. There is a dining table and chairs on the balcony.

The building offers a swimming full, secure parking space with beeper entry, 24/7 access to the beach and in-house operated laundry room and is within walking distance from the commercial area for daily necessities and entertainment (pharmacy, 24 hours supermarkets, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, post office). On Isla Verde Avenue, shop for gifts, visit a cafe, or check out the many hotels, casinos, bars, and nightclubs featuring exciting shows). Short term available upon request.

Just 100 meters and walking distance from Isla Verde for daily necessities and entertainment (pharmacy, restaurants, public transportation, post office, exciting shows, dance clubs with both Puerto Rican and American music, cock fighting, and more). Recommend visit Atlantica Restaurant for a great fish, one of the best in all San Juan! Ruth Christies in the Intercontinental Hotel is one of my favorites for a good Steak La Casita restaurant has great Puerto Rican local food!

This condo has a spectacular location and is artistically decorated and well-maintained. We stayed for a week during spring break with our daughters and had a great time. We arrived hours later than expected due to delays and we were still met with a cheerful and helpful reception. We saw a huge double rainbow over the ocean one morning, the view is simply stunning. Beach has plenty of activity during the day, but nights are peaceful and quiet.

The apartment is well situated. Located directly on Isla Verde beach, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and clubs in the area. The apartment is secured and comes with 1 parking space. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing as you are able to see the whole Isla Verde bay. The apartment includes two beach chairs with umbrella, which was nice for getting rest after spending hours in the beach. The beach area is located next to major hotels (San Juan Resort Hotel, Intercontinental, JSW Towers) so you have the opportunity to grab drinks or rent aquatics equipment. Good experience and would definitively rent again and recommend the apartment.
