Mason Glen Luxury Townhome is a new 3 bedroom multi-level townhome appointed with the finest finishes throughout. Every amenity in this home was carefully chosen to welcome discriminating guests - hickory hardwood floors, granite countertops, custom alder cabinetry, LCD TVs (and DVD players) in all common areas and every bedroom, top of the line furnishings, gas fireplace, and full size washer/dryer in large mudroom/laundry room directly off the heated 2-car garage.

This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING property.

This townhome is comprised of three levels - each with a bedroom and a living room.

This house comfortably sleeps 10 people.

Enter the main floor through the over-sized, heated 2-car garage into a large mudroom/laundry room. On this main level is a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a living room with LCD TV and a queen sleeper sofa.

Up the stairs is a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, open floorplan dining room adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and a spacious island with breakfast seating for 4. Formal dining table with seating for 8 next to kitchen. There are two balconies on either side of the Great Room, back balcony has a gas grill and the front has patio furniture.

Spacious master bedroom on the other side of the Great Room with king bed, LCD TV, large walk-in closet, huge bathroom with double sinks, and oversized bathtub.

Basement level offers a media room with large screen LCD TV and XBox. Beyond the media room is the third bedroom with a captain's bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on the top) and another twin bed. This level has a large full bathroom with shower and tub.

WiFi available. Heated 2-car garage and driveway parking.

One block walk to Main Street Frisco. Three block walk to Summit Stage bus stop. Three block ride to the Summit Bike Trail. A quick walk or ride to Lake Dillon Marina.
